Entry into Force of the British-Irish Agreement 1998

A ceremony to mark the entry into force of the British-Irish Agreement, 1998 will be held at Iveagh House at 8:30 am on Thursday, 2 December 1999. The ceremony will involve the signature and exchange of notifications by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. David Andrews T.D., and the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, the Rt. Hon. Peter Mandelson M.P., and will be followed by brief statements.
