Minister O'Donnell to Launch Kosovo Conference

The Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Liz O'Donnell T.D., will give the opening address at the 21st Annual Conference of the Royal Irish Academy at 9:15 am on Friday 26 November 1999 at the RIA, 19 Dawson Street, Dublin 2. The theme of the conference will be "Ireland and the Kosovo Conflict" and speakers will include Lord Russell-Johnston, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
