Minister O'Donnell to Launch UNHCR Conference

Ms. Liz O'Donnell T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs, will give the opening address at the UNHCR Conference "Refugee Women - Victims or Survivors?" at 9:30 am on Friday 19 November in Dublin Castle. The conference is part of the "True Colours" programme, a two week event organised jointly by the National Consultative Committee on Racism and Interculturalism and the UNHCR.
