Public Consultation on Ireland’s new EU Jobs strategy

The Department of Foreign Affairs is inviting members of the public to contribute to the development of a new EU Jobs Strategy for Ireland. The purpose of the strategy is to promote careers in the EU in Ireland and increase the number of Irish people working in the EU’s institutions, particularly in entry-level roles.

We want to hear from members of the public on what the Government can do to increase the presence of Irish people in the EU’s institutions.

In particular, we want to hear from Irish people who have taken part in an EU jobs competition before, or who would like to secure a job in the EU in the future. Submissions are also welcome from individuals and organisations involved in the promotion of EU careers in Ireland.

Feedback will be accepted by e-mail until 5pm on 5 November 2020. Please send submissions to eujobs@dfa.ie
