Minister of State McEntee visits the Slovak Republic

Ireland's Minister of State for European Affairs, Ms Helen McEntee T.D. visited the Slovak Republic from 14-15 March 2018.

During her visit Minister of State McEntee met with State Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr Lukáš Parízek, and discussed EU issues as well as bilateral and trade relations. Minister of State McEntee also met with representatives of the EU Affairs Committee of the National Council of the Slovak Republic and Irish business representatives, as well as addressing students at the Economic University of Bratislava on the Future of Europe. She finished her visit with a speech at the Embassy's St Patrick's Day reception, and a "greening" of the inconic Carlton Hotel building.
