Minister of State Sherlock welcomes Randox Science Park announcement

Commenting on the announcement today of a significant expansion at Randox’s facility in Northern Ireland, Seán Sherlock TD Minister of State at Department of Foreign Affairs with Responsibility for ODA, Trade Promotion and North South co-operation said:

“I welcome the announcement today by Randox of their investment of £161 million in developing this Science Park facility”.

“The expansion of this next generation medical diagnostics manufacturing facility complements and reinforces the €25 million expansion of the Randox Teoranta facility in Dungloe, announced last October and cements the significant job creation which that Donegal development promises by 2020”.

"This announcement by Randox is a vote of confidence in economy, people and skills on both sides of the border”.

“This is another example of a company with operations North and South showing how business on this island can lead the way in economic recovery”.
