Minister Flanagan condemns Belfast Murder

The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, Charlie Flanagan TD, has condemned last night’s murder in the Poleglass area of Belfast.

Speaking from Derry, Minister Flanagan said:

I condemn last night’s criminal murder in Belfast, the second shooting in this area of Belfast this week.  My thoughts are with the deceased family, his friends and wider Poleglass community.

There is no place and no support in society for such criminal actions.

I encourage anyone with information on these attacks to contact the PSNI”.
