Irish Dancing Championship

The Consulate General was delighted to support the Australian Irish Dancing National Championships.

The Consulate General was delighted to support and sponsor the Australian Irish Dancing National Championships held this year in Sydney. Hundreds of Irish dancers and their schools from across the country travelled to the Olympic Park to compete. It is estimated that across the five days of competition in Sydney, 2,000 people attended.

The Consul General, Jane Connolly, attended the Championships to present medals to the winners of some of the competition.
