Do I need a passport to travel between Kenya and Ireland?

A passport is required for travel to Kenya from Ireland and vice versa.

Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond the date of the end of your visit to Kenya. It is advisable to take a number of photocopies of your passport with you.

Irish citizens require a visa to enter Kenya. The current visa change for Irish citizens entering Kenya on an ordinary visa is USD50. You must apply for  your visa online prior to making your journey, further details can be obtained from the nearest Kenyan Embassy or High Commission.
