Application Forms

Irish citizens who are over 18, and have previously held an Irish passport can now apply for their Passport Book and/or Passport Card on line at: www.dfa.ie/passportonline

If you are not eligible, or do not wish, to apply online, you can apply through the Embassy using an APS2 application form.

The form is available in Irish (APS2G) and in English (APS2E) at the Embassy of Ireland in Nairobi, Kenya. The form is not downloadable.
