To celebrate St. Brigid's Day and launch a programme of events dedicated to the centenary of James Joyce's ''Ulysses'', the Embassy of Ireland, in cooperation with Literature Ireland and the National Library of Latvia, presents a panel discussion "Sharing Experiences: Women in Publishing. Does it really matter?"
