Doing Business with Ireland

The Embassy of Ireland in Lithuania works with Irish agencies and with Irish and Lithuanian companies to develop a strong economic relationship between the two countries.

At the Embassy, we work to:

  • Help Irish companies to identify market potential and potential partners in Lithuania;
  • Help Lithuanian companies to identify Irish suppliers and partners;
  • Provide general advice on market conditions in Lithuania to Irish companies and assistance to identify reliable sources of further information;

The Embassy is always happy to assist Irish companies interested in developing business in Lithuania, whether through sales, partnerships or investment.  To do this, we work closely with relevant state agencies, such as Enterprise Ireland, Bord Bia, the IDA and Tourism Ireland.

Total trade with Lithuania amounted to €229 million in 2021, when exports from Ireland to Lithuania amounted to €110 million and Irish imports from Lithuania to €119 million.
