Trade and Investment

As an island economy, Ireland must continuously focus on developing relationships in new and expanding markets. The Embassy plays an important role in facilitating trade and investment, working closely with Enterprise Ireland and Bord Bia.

How we can assist Irish companies

If you are a registered Irish Company which is interested in entering the Nigerian, Ghanaian or Senegalese markets, we can help you by:

  • Building relationships and identifying opportunities;
  • Providing general advice on local market conditions;
  • Working to secure market access for Irish companies in key sectors;
  • Where appropriate, assisting in resolving commercial difficulties;

Contact us if you are planning a visit to Nigeria and you would find it useful to meet.
