Gaelic Games in Switzerland

There is a growing interest in Gaelic games in Switzerland. There are four established GAA clubs, in Geneva, Zurich, St Gallen and in the Midlands.

Inneoin GAA Club

Zürich Inneoin GAA club was formed in 2002 by a group of non-Irish friends to promote the games of camogie, Gaelic football and hurling in the city of Zürich and throughout Switzerland. Along the way they attracted many players, both new and experienced, Irish and non-Irish. The club is always ready to welcome new members. St. Gallen GAA Club

The St. Gallen GAA Club was formed in 2010 with the aim of promoting Irish culture, sport and friendship in North East Switzerland. New members are welcome.

Midland GAC Club

Midland GAC club was formed in 2020 by three Swiss Guys to promote the games of camogie, gaelic football and hurling in the region of Solothurn, Argovia, Berne and the Swiss Midlands. Along the way they attracted many players, both new and experienced and mostly Irish.
