Ambassador Gilsenan signs agreement to disburse €8m to the health sector in Tanzania

Ambassador Gilsenan joined other contributing donors to sign the annual agreement governing the management of the Health Basket Fund. Ireland contributes €8m annually to the Fund which is used for health systems strengthening at district level, and the purchase of medicines and other equipment for primary health units.
