The Consulate General is currently open to the public by appointment only. Please see the 'Our Services' tab before requesting an appointment as a number of services - passports, citizenship and visas for example, continue to be provided through the Embassy of Ireand in Ottawa. If you would like to make an appointment, please use the Contact Us tab or Tel: +1 437 290 6315, phone lines open from 10.00am - 12.30pm Mon-Fri.

For emergencies involving an Irish citizen, please call our Duty Officer service through the Embassy of Ireland in Ottawa on +1 613 233 6281 and leave a detailed message giving:

• Your name
• The nature of your problem
• Where you are now
• Your contact details (mobile phone number or phone number of where you’re staying)
