Embassy Opening Hours

The Embassy's public office is open Monday to Friday from 09:30 - 12:30 and 14:30 - 16:00.

The Embassy is located in an area of the city with cultural, academic and administrative institutions. To get to the Embassy via tram, take trams #3, #5 or #13 and exit at the Miramarska tram stop, then proceed north along Miramarska Avenue to the Embassy (in the Eurocenter building immediately after the INA gas station). From the north, please take trams #2, #4 or #9 and exit at the Botanical garden tram stop, then proceed south along Miramarska Avenue (under the rail bridge) to the Embassy. The main ZET bus station, which is the drop-off/pick-up point for a number of bus lines, is a short walk from the Embassy. When leaving the bus station, proceed south and turn right before the Zagreb City Administrative building and walk along the path to the Eurocenter building. Parking is available next to the Eurocentre building.

If you are in need of emergency assistance in Croatia outside office hours, please contact the Embassy duty officer at +385 (0)91 627 8920.

The answering machine is monitored regularly and the duty officer will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that we will only respond to genuine emergencies which cannot wait until the Embassy re-opens.
