A temporary passport can be issued on the day only in the case of an emergency situation.
Valid proof of confirmed travel (e.g. airline ticket/email) must be presented in order for any application to be processed sooner than the standard turnaround.
The Embassy offers a ten-days-service at an extra fee of 55 Euro.
