If you are resident outside Ireland, you will need to use an APS2 application form.
It is available in Irish (APS2G) and in English (APS2E) at the Embassy of Ireland in Zagreb.
You can either pick up the form at the Embassy or call or Contact Us to send you one.
The form is not downloadable.
