Working Holiday Authorisations

The Working Holiday programme enables young Japanese people to take extended holidays in Ireland for up to a year and also to work to supplement their travel.

The aim of the scheme is to give Japanese people the opportunity to experience the culture, landscape and people of Ireland while being able to work and study English. A similar scheme, managed by the Japanese Embassy in Dublin, exists for Irish people to travel to Japan.

ワーキング･ホリデー･プログラムは、アイルランド政府と日本政府主導のもと、日本国籍を有する青少年に対し、最大1年間アイルランドに滞在し、休暇の付随的側面として就労を可能とするものです。

この制度の目的として、日本の青少年にアイルランドの文化、風景、人々を紹介すると共に休暇に加え就労、英語学習の機会も与えられます。

2015年6月申請より特別な制限なく、１８歳～３０歳（申請受理時点）まで申請が可能となりました。また、必要書類に大きな変更はありませんが、申請方法が変わりますのでご注意ください。初めに、下記申請書類に必要事項を入力後、添付ファイルにてWHP_Tokyo[at]dfa[dot]ie.へお送り下さい。こちらからの申請結果受領後に必要書類をお送りいただきます。詳細については、下記申請のご案内をご確認願います。直前の変更につき、ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、申請許可は先着順ではありませんので、ご了承願います。

2015 Application Dates

The Embassy will accept applications for the FIRST TRANCHE of the 2015 working holiday authorisations from THURSDAY 1st JANUARY 2015 to FRIDAY 30th JANUARY 2015. The first tranche is for applicants that widh to travel to Ireland before 31st AUGUST 2015.

Application period for the SECOND TRANCHE of the 2015 working holiday authorisations will be from Friday 5^th JUNE 2015 to Friday 3^rd July 2015. This is for applicants wishing to travel to Ireland after 31st AUGUST 2015 and before 29th FEBRUARY 2016.

2015年申請受理期間

第１回申請受付期間は、2015年1月1日（木）～1月30日（金）です。こちらは、2015年8月31日以前の渡航予定の方が対象です。

第2回申請受付期間は、2015年6月5日（金）～7月3日（金）です。こちらは、2016年2月29日以前の渡航予定の方が対象です。
