Can I get a passport in a day?

We can only issue temporary passports on the day in an emergency situation (the death or serious illness of a family member). This must be checked with relevant authorities in Ireland so can take time to produce. Additionally, a temporary passport without a Russian visa cannot be used to exit the Russian Federation and so you should be prepared for a delay of two to three working days to resolve this situation.
