Enterprise Ireland - Start in Ireland Programme
There are a number of financial and programme supports available to anyone who wants to set up in business in Ireland. Enterprise Ireland run a Start in Ireland programme which seeks to attract people, both Irish and non-Irish, from overseas to set up business in Ireland.
IDA Ireland
If the company you are planning to establish in Ireland is controlled from outside of Ireland, you may qualify for assistance from IDA Ireland. The IDA is responsible for attracting and supporting Foreign Direct Investment.
Supporting SMEs
Supporting SMEs provides information on over 80 Government supports for business from over 30 Departments and Agencies totalling over €2bn. Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs)
A network of Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) across the country provide advice, information and support in starting up or growing a business. LEOs for people interested in starting up a new business or already in business including entrepreneurs, early stage promoters, start-ups and small business looking to expand. There are 31 dedicated teams across the Local Authority network in Ireland providing funding, mentoring and training supports.
