Can I apply for a WHA at the Irish Consulate in Boston?

The Consulate in Boston accepts application from residents of Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. We will also accept applicants from students attending college/university in our Consular area provided they are still residing in our area when the application is submitted and when the WHA is ready to be issued.
