In office appointments

In-office appointments are available by reservation only. These can be scheduled via the form on our Contact Us page, by phone at +1(415)392-4214 or through our Digital Assistant Cara who can be found on the bottom right corner of your screen. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am-12:30pm. 

Travel to Ireland 

From Sunday 6 March 2022, travellers to Ireland are not required to show proof of vaccination, proof of recovery or a negative PCR test result upon arrival. There are no post-arrival testing or quarantine requirements for travellers to Ireland. Travellers to Ireland are no longer asked to complete a COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form. While all travel requirements to enter Ireland have been removed, other EU and non-EU countries may still require travellers to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test.
