Where should I send my application?

If you live in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Zhejiang or Anhui you should send your passport application to the Consulate General of Ireland Shanghai.

If you live in Hong Kong or Macau, you should send your passport application to the Consulate General of Ireland Hong Kong.

If you live anywhere else in China, you should send your passport application to the Embassy of Ireland in Beijing.

The Consulate General in Shanghai is open to the public from: 9:30 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 16:30, Monday-Friday. Contact us.

If you choose to post your application, we strongly recommend you to use registered mail or a reputable courier service. The Consulate cannot be held responsible for applications or documents lost in transit.
