Meet the Author: Vona Groarke

Join us on Wednesday 24 May (18:00) at the Embassy of Ireland (Rue Froissart 50, 1040 Brussels) for our next Meet the Author event when we will be joined by Vona Groarke who present her new book “Hereafter: The Telling Life of Ellen O'Hara”. The book pays tribute to her emigrant great-grandmother Ellen and the many other ‘Irish women in aprons’ who sent home money that helped 19th-century Ireland to survive.

The event will be followed by a reception and book signing.
