The Embassy of Ireland seeks service from a consultancy company or individual to conduct an ‘End line Evaluation for a Health System Strengthening Project in Tigray Region’. From 2013 Irish Aid provided funding to the Tigray Regional Health Bureau to improve the health system of the region. Maternal and child health related infrastructure was constructed and renovated with matching regional government and community contributions.
