Irish Community in Ethiopia

The Irish community in Ethiopia is small but active. It meets regularly for social events, usually on the first Thursday of the month in HQ Irish Pub. Each year the community organises the St. Patricks Day Ball, a fantastic event which is enjoyed by over 600 people and has raised significant funds for local charities. St. Patrick's Day

Saint Patrick’s Day is a global celebration of what it means to be Irish. The Embassy uses the opportunity every March to celebrate with Irish communities.
