Do I need to apply in person?

You may lodge your application in person, send your application by courier or have someone you know lodge your application.

Applicants who do not lodge their applications in person should only use persons or operators they know and trust in order to lodge their application and collect it when the application is dealt with. This office cannot be held responsible for any loss that arises to an applicant because of failure of a 3rd party to deliver or return an application or documents to/from this office.
