My application was refused and I am not allowed to appeal. Why is this?

It was the considered opinion of the visa officer that you furnished information and/or statements of a false, misleading, questionable or unverifiable nature in support of your application and under the regulations of the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service no appeal is allowable in this situation.
