What countries does your office take applications from?

This office accepts applications from residents of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Residents of Ukraine who wish to apply for a visa to Ireland should apply at the Irish Honorary Consulate in Kiev. Applications lodged at this Consulate are forwarded to the Visa Office in Moscow twice weekly for decision.

Residents of Kazakhstan who wish to apply for a visa to Ireland should apply at the Honorary Consulate in Almaty. Applications lodged at this Consulate are forwarded to the Visa Office in Moscow for decision.
