Former President of Ireland Mrs. Mary Robinson addressed the OECD Council on March 23 2017 to present on the Report from the High Level Panel on the Future of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC). She supported a more inclusive DAC with a greater outreach and a special focus on the needs of least developed countries (LDCs). She stated that the work of the DAC must remain the centre for innovation and leadership in the area of development cooperation.
