The Embassy is located on ul. Mysia 5, on the 6th floor. The name of the building is Liberty Corner. Ul. Mysia is between Nowy Świat and ul. Bracka, parallel to Aleje Jerozolimskie. The nearest tram stop is Muzeum Narodowe, the nearest metro stop is Centrum and the nearest bus stops are Foksal, Krucza and Pl. Trzech Krzyży. The Passport office is open to Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays 2.30pm to 4.30pm. The phone line for passport queries is +48 22 849 6633 Monday to Friday 9.30am - 12.30pm.
