Are you or someone you know a budding artist? With a grá for Ireland?
The Consulate General of Ireland in Frankfurt am Main is looking for the best young artists (under 13 years old) in our region to draw a picture that captures the essence of Ireland for St. Patrick’s Day.
We’d like you to draw a picture of something in Ireland. It could be anything from a famous landmark to your favourite animal - or maybe even a picture of a visit you had to Ireland!
To enter, you just need to send a picture of your masterpiece(s) by email to the address you get from us when you sign up via Eventbrite. Please include your name, age and location in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. Entries can be submitted up until 17 March.
The pictures can be drawn in any format but should be A4 size at most. If you’re a teacher and you’d like to get your class involved – that’s also great, just get in touch!
After the closing date, we will choose winners in different age categories and let them know via email. You can submit as many entries as you like. The winning entries will be shared on social media. Please note that if you do not want your name and your entry shared online, please state this explicitly in your email.
There will be some exciting prizes up for grabs for the winners - so get sharpening those pencils!
