Danish Chef Timm Vladimir cooking with the Best of Irish Ingredients

Danish celebrity chef Timm Vladimir hosted a group of lucky people, including Irish Ambassador Cliona Manahan, at his cookery school in Copenhagen this week, where he showed the benefits of cooking with fresh ingredients. The event was organised by Bord Bia, the Irish food promotion agency. The cooks produced some delicious food during the evening, including rack of lamb, beef salad and beef wellington.
