2020 St. Patrick's Day Message from Ambassador Stephen Dawson

Dear Friends,

This is not how we envisaged spending St. Patrick’s Day (17  March). Many of you have spent a lot of time preparing events and celebrations which have now had to be cancelled, as we have here in the Embassy. This is very disappointing, but it is a small price to pay if we can contribute at all to the safety and peace of mind of our neighbours and communities, especially the most vulnerable.

In the meantime, it is still Saint Patrick’s Day, reminding us with pride of our shared Irish culture and the global Irish community planted around the world. Happy Saint Patrick’s Day to you all, and keep safe.

Below are links to the Saint Patrick’s Day message from President Higgins.
