Ireland – Poland Travel Update 22 June 2020

  • Poland’s borders are now open and EU citizens, including citizens of Ireland, may enter Poland without restriction. EU citizens entering Poland are no longer required by law to undertake a mandatory 14-day home quarantine. For more, please see: https://www.gov.pl/web/coronavirus/travel
  • International air travel is no longer suspended between Poland and Ireland. International air travel to and from Ireland is permitted. Please check with your airline for schedules.
  • Passengers travelling to Ireland are required by law to complete a Covid-19 Passenger Locator Form. This law is currently in place until 9 July 2020, at which point it will be reviewed. 
  • Passengers travelling to Ireland are asked to self-isolate for 14-days in line with public health advice. Self-isolation means staying indoors and completely avoiding contact with other people. For more, please see: https://www2.hse.ie/conditions/coronavirus/travel.html
