Forléargas
Déanfaimid ár ndícheall an chomhairle taistil is déanaí a thabhairt duit i nGaeilge, ach mar gheall go bhféadfadh athrú an-tapa teacht ar chúrsaí, go háirithe i gcás géarchéime, ní féidir linn a ghealladh go mbeidh an chomhairle taistil i nGaeilge go hiomlán cothrom le dáta. Lena chinntiú go bhfaighidh tú an chomhairle is déanaí, go háirithe maidir le stádas slándála, féach an leagan Béarla chomh maith, nó déan teagmháil díreach linn.
Stádas Slándála
Bí an-Chúramach
Cláraigh linn
Má tá sé i gceist agat cuairt a thabhairt ar an tír seo nó fanacht inti, ba chóir duit do chuid mionsonraí a chlárú linn, ionas go bhféadfaimid tú a aimsiú go tapa sa chás go dtarlódh géarchéim nach raibh súil léi, mar shampla tubaiste nádúrtha, nó eachtra éigeandála i do theaghlach, agus tú thar lear. Ansin, d’fhéadfaimis cabhair a thairiscint duitse nó do do theaghlach más gá.
Comhairle Uainne
Níl Ambasáid ná Consalacht ag Éire sa tír agus mar sin ní féidir linn comhairle taistil mhionsonraithe a fhíorú lena chinntiú go bhfuil sí cruinn, cuí agus cothrom le dáta.
Is féidir leat do chuid taighde féin a dhéanamh, áfach; tá naisc chuig tuilleadh comhairle taistil ó aireachtaí eachtracha eile le fáil sa rannán Eolas Breise.
Molaimid freisin go léifeá an treoir taistil Eolas Roimh Thaisteal chun leideanna praiticiúla a fháil ar thaisteal thar lear.
Cúnamh Éigeandála
De bharr nach bhfuil Ambasáid ná Consalacht na hÉireann sa tír, táimid teoranta ó thaobh cúnamh a thairiscint duit i gcás éigeandála.
Áitiúil
Is minic gur fearr a mbíonn daoine áitiúla in ann cabhrú leat, mar sin labhair le muintir na háite, d’ionadaí tionscnóra turas nó bainistíocht d’óstáin.
An tAonad Cúnaimh Consalachta i mBaile Átha Cliath
Má tharlaíonn éigeandáil nó má tá cabhair agus comhairle uait, féadfaidh tú teagmháil a dhéanamh freisin leis an Aonad Cúnaimh Consalachta sa Roinn Gnóthaí Eachtracha agus Trádála i mBaile Átha Cliath ag +353 1 408 2000.
Ambasáidí AE eile
Féadfaidh tú iarracht a dhéanamh dul i dteagmháil le hAmbasáidí, Consalachtaí de Thíortha AE eile chomh maith, chun tacaíocht, comhairle agus cúnamh consalachta éigeandála a fháil.

Get travel and medical insurance
Before travelling, the Department strongly recommends that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance which will cover all overseas medical costs, including medical repatriation/evacuation, repatriation of remains and legal costs. You should check any exclusions and, in particular, that your policy covers you for the activities you want to undertake.
Vaccinations
Check what vaccinations you may need for your trip at least eight weeks before you travel. We can’t advise you on vaccinations, but you can get information about vaccinations from your local GP or an International Health and Travel Centre.
Evidence of vaccination (in the form of a certificate) can be a requirement for entry to some countries.
Medication
Make sure you bring enough medication for your entire trip and for any unexpected delays. You may wish to also bring copies of your prescription in case you lose your medication.
