The Embassy of Ireland in Rabat, Morocco is now open and is currently providing only limited consular services.
Pending establishment of full consular services at the Embassy of Ireland in Rabat, the Embassy of Ireland in Lisbon continues to provide consular assistance including in consular emergency situations arising outside of regular working hours.
Our Honorary Consuls in Casablanca and Agadir will also continue to provide consular services to Irish citizens in Morocco.

Visa Applications in Morocco
For full information on applying for a visa in Morocco visit the website of the Visa Office in Abu Dhabi.
All visa applications from Morocco will be routed to the Irish Visa Office based at the Embassy of Ireland in Abu Dhabi, UAE, for processing. The actual decision on your visa will be made in the Visa Office in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Applicants residing in Morocco should now only apply online.
Completing the on-line application form is only the first step in the visa application process. An application can only be processed when the on-line form is completed AND the required supporting documentation, passport photograph and appropriate fee are received.

An information note has been prepared to assist applicants. This is available in English, and also in Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Turkish and Urdu.
When you have completed the on line application and have all of the accompanying documents you can lodge the application with the Honorary Consul in Casablanca at the address provided above. The Honorary Consul will forward your application to the Embassy in the UAE on your behalf.
You will be contacted by the Honorary Consulate in Casablanca when a decision has been made on your application.
