CLOSED: Tender for the procurement of a provider for grounds maintenance services

The Embassy of Ireland, Madrid intends to engage the services of a professional external provider to supply grounds maintenance services. 

Specifically, the successful tenderer will be expected to:

 

(a) Provide maintenance services to the protected grounds attached to the Residence

(b) Demonstrate compliance with relevant professional qualifications and quality assurance standards

(c) Demonstrate compliance with all professional obligations to staff

(d) Demonstrate compliance with relevant environmental and waste management regulations, as well as best practice in regard to sustainability

(e) Provide a flat pricing option, taking into account the need to replace materials and other dispensable products as required

(f) Provide a detailed list of services which reflect and meet the needs outlined in the Request for Tenders

(g) Provide an out-of-hours emergency service

Technical Privacy Policy

The Department of Foreign Affairs respects the rights of its users and does not, as a general rule, collect personal information of any kind from website users.

Where a user voluntarily provides personal information, the data will be used only for the purposes for which it is provided, and not passed to any third party, except where information is specifically provided for use in the case of emergency assistance to Irish citizens overseas.
