In 2017 the Department conducted a survey of how other countries managed their election observation programmes and produced an informative report of findings, copy attached.

I understand that this is meant to be a 'living' document.

In order to promote informed public debate and scrutiny of the operation of Ireland's contribution to election observation I request the most up-to-date version of this document plus copies of survey responses that it was based on.
