I am making a Freedom of Information request for records relating of all events held by the Department of Foreign Affairs to mark the successful bid for a seat on the United Nations Security Council.

The records released should include:
• The date, location and description of any such events held in Dublin or New York between June and October 2020.
• Itemised breakdown of costs incurred to hold the events including, but not limited to, catering, transport, photography, venue hire etc.
• Copies of all invoices for goods and services related to the events.
• Copies of all guest lists and invitations.
• Copies of all instructions issued to guests in relation to Covid-19 guidelines for the events in the relevant jurisdiction/s.
• Copies of all correspondence relating to the organising of the events in the same time period. The records should include copies of any documents attached or enclosed with the correspondence.
• Copies of all photographs taken by photographers hired to cover the events.
