Update on Provision of Passport Services

Public offices

Our Public Offices in Dublin and Cork are closed. This is to allow us to have all our staff work on processing passport applications.

Please do not attend our public offices as you will not be able to speak to a member of staff or to drop off documents.

We do not allow passport collections.

Our Customer Service Hub is the only way to get information about your application.

Passport Online

The Passport Service is continuing to process Passport Online applications as a priority.

Please see our estimated turnaround times

If you are resident in a country where Passport Online is not available, please contact your local Irish Embassy or Consulate.
