Empowering Future Generations of Women Leaders

On 25th November 2019, the Consulate General of Ireland in Scotland and Causeway: Ireland Scotland Business Exchange hosted a panel of inspirational women from business, health and education fields to discuss the ways in which women can champion each other throughout their careers, and the benefits in doing so.

The panel discussion, and Q&A, focussed on how to empower women to become future leaders.

The speakers on the night were Alex Hems, Head of St George’s School for Girls where she focuses on nurturing confident and well-rounded individuals, Judith O'Leary, Managing Director of Represent (PR and Digital Agency) who was recently awarded Creative Industries Leader of the Year, and Haley Clifford, a partner of Cairn Counselling as well as a qualified yoga teacher and meditation instructor. The Consul General, Jane McCulloch, chaired the discussion.
