The Embassy of Ireland hosts an EU-Ireland 50th Anniversary Event

Yesterday, to mark the 50th anniversary of Ireland’s membership to the EU, the Embassy of Ireland hosted a lecture presented by Professor John Brennan, Professor of European Integration from Maynooth University. Professor Brennan discussed the impact of EU membership on Ireland, and the country’s journey from the periphery to the centre of Europe.
