Tender for provider for building maintenance services - servicios mantenimiento de edificios

The Embassy of Ireland, Madrid intends to engage the services of a professional external provider to supply building maintenance services.
Specifically, the successful tenderer will be expected to:
a) Provide maintenance services to the Residence building
(b) Demonstrate compliance with relevant professional qualifications and quality assurance standards
(c) Demonstrate compliance with all professional obligations to staff
(d) Demonstrate compliance with relevant environmental and waste management regulations, as well as best practice in regard to sustainability
(e) Provide a flat pricing option, taking into account the need to replace materials and other dispensable products as required
(f) Provide a detailed list of services which reflect and meet the needs outlined in the Request for Tenders
(g) Provide an out-of-hours emergency service
Submission of Tenders
Tenders must be submitted before 5:00pm on 21st November 2022. Please see tender documents below for full instructions on closing dates and how to submit.
The tender documents are issued and provided below in English, with a courtesy translation in Spanish for the convenience of interested tenderers. Tenders may be submitted in either English or Spanish. Tenderers should be aware that the final contract between the successful tenderer and the Embassy will be issued in English.
La Embajada de Irlanda en Madrid precisa contratar los servicios de un proveedor profesional externo para la prestación de servicios de mantenimiento de edificios.
En concreto, el futuro adjudicatario deberá:
a) Prestar servicios de mantenimiento en el edificio de la Residencia
(b) Poder demostrar el cumplimiento de los estándares pertinentes en cuanto a cualificaciones profesionales y garantías de calidad
(c) Poder demostrar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones en materia de personal
(d) Poder demostrar el cumplimiento de la normativa medioambiental y de gestión de residuos pertinente, y la implementación de buenas prácticas en materia de sostenibilidad
(e) Proporcionar una opción de precios fijos, teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de reponer los materiales y otros productos dispensables según sea necesario
(f) Proporcionar un listado detallado de servicios que reflejen y satisfagan las necesidades expuestas en la solicitud de presentación de ofertas
(g) Prestar un servicio de emergencia fuera de horario.
Presentación de Ofertas
Las ofertas deberán presentarse antes de las 17:00 horas del 21 de noviembre de 2022. Consulte a continuación los documentos de licitación para instrucciones detalladas con respecto a las fechas límites y como se puede presentar ofertas.
Los documentos de la licitación se encuentran publicados y disponibles a continuación en inglés, con una traducción de cortesía al castellano para mayor comodidad de los ofertantes. Las ofertas podrán presentarse en inglés o en castellano. Los licitadores deberán tener en cuenta que el contrato final entre el adjudicatario y la Embajada estará redactado en inglés.

The Department of Foreign Affairs respects the rights of its users and does not, as a general rule, collect personal information of any kind from website users.
Where a user voluntarily provides personal information, the data will be used only for the purposes for which it is provided, and not passed to any third party, except where information is specifically provided for use in the case of emergency assistance to Irish citizens overseas.
