The "Queen of Ireland" and LGBTQ+ activist, Rory O'Neill / Panti Bliss will be joining us for Atlanta Pride this year.

Catch up on the latest news and events from the Consulate General of Ireland, including our upcoming events for Atlanta Pridein in our monthly newsletter available hereWe are particularly excited that Panti Bliss (Rory O'Neill) will be joining us from Ireland on the first ever EU float in the Atlanta Pride Parade.

Panti Bliss is a writer, performer, "gender discombobulist" and "accidental activist." She played a central role in the campaign for marriage equality in Ireland in 2015.

If you wish to march with us, Panti & other EU Consulates General in the Pride Parade on Sunday 13th October, please register here.

Please also join us, Rory O'Neill and special guests for a screening of award-winning documentary, "The Queen of Ireland." The film traces Rory O'Neill's journey from small town Ireland, through the creation of Panti Bliss, to his recognition as a powerful campaigning voice. Please register your attendance here.
