The above interactive map illustrates hubs of Irish Studies at German universities (dark green markers above) as well as academics teaching and researching in the field (light green markers with white star above).
The development of Irish Studies in Germany is an important area of priority for the Embassy. An online conference of academics working in the field in Germany was hosted by the embassy last October and we continue to engage with different partners to further develop and support the sector.
