VIBE Programme

Under the direction of the Embassy of Ireland, the Vietnam Ireland Bilateral Education Exchange (VIBE) Programme aims to encourage co-operation and research links between Irish and Vietnamese higher education and research institutions. The Embassy of Ireland is now calling for concept notes from Vietnamese higher education institutions, vocational colleges and research institutes interested in this programme.
